recurring exception to a recurring appointment

Is it possible to specify a recurring exception to a recurring meeting?

For example I want to set up a team meeting every Friday morning. But there
is an already long standing appointment for the last Friday of every month.
Can I set up the new meeting to occur "every Friday except the last Friday of
the month"?
