Recurring item based on another recurring item

I need to setup a Calendar (OL 2003 SP2) item, so that something happens on
the second Thursday after Patch Tuesday (second Tuesday of each month), but,
don't see an option to do that. I can't just use a certain day of the month,
or a certain Thursday of the month.

Any way to do this?
