recurring meeting based on another date

Is there a way to set a recurring meeting based on another date? For
instance, I want to be able to set a meeting on the Wednesday following the
first Monday of a month.

Why not set it up for the first Wednesday of the month, then?

We have meetings based on a weekly agenda where everything starts from
Monday. So if the first Monday starts the meeting schedule, we want to
schedule the meetings for Tuesday (which could be the second Tuesday) after
the first Monday. Likewise for Wednesday, etc. The only way I could think
of doing this would be to put in a built in delay like first Monday plus 24
hours but there doesn't appear to be any option for this.

So essentially you want to base the recurrence of MeetingX on something to
do with MeetingY? I don't think this is possible - at least not with
anything built-in. I'm not a scripting expert by any means, so it may be
possible in some other way....
