recurring meeting

everytime anyone in our office setting up a meeting using "conference room"
as the resource, we get this msg "Conference Room - has declined your meeting
because it is recurring. You must book each meeting separtely with this
resource."

Start Outlook with a profile that logs directly into the Conference Room mailbox, then use Tools | OPtions | Calendar Options | Resource Scheduling to adjust the settings.
