Recurring meetings on same day at different times

Is it possible in Outlook 2003 to create a recurring meeting on the same day
at different times without creating two separate meetings? For example, I'd
like to have the same meeting at 8:00 am and 4:00 pm on Tuesdays and
Thursdays.

No. That's two events.
