recurring meetings

I'm attempting to create a reservation page using
FrontPage. I have a situation where some reservations are
recurring. I'd like to have a feature whereby users can
select recurring options and identify their meeting is
weekly, bi-weekly, second tuesday of every month, etc.
This is similar to the manner in which Outlook works for
us right now. Unfortunately, we've required a password
for each meeting so that the requester retains control.
This means each recurring meeting needs it's own password.

Any suggestions on how we accomplish this with FrontPage?
