My boss has certain recurring meetings that he wants on
his calendar but that he only needs to attend when
required. He would like these meetings to be visually
distinctive. I have them marked for a specific category
but that doesn't make a visual difference. Is there a way
to change the look of specific meetings on an outlook
calendar?
