Outlook's recurring meeting feature is very limited. Our organization
schedules many project-related recurring meetings. These meetings need to be
connected--in spite of their non-consecutive nature--because of their
relationship to the project. Sometimes a new member is added to the team, and
you want to be able to quickly add them to all related meetings. Sometimes
the meetings change from 1 hour to 1.5 hours.
Steltor's CorporateTime handled recurring meetings beautifully! You should
do some research and see if you can incorporate some of their functionality.
