recurring Outlook freeze problems

Hello all,

I keep having users complaining about Outlook (2002 SP1, XP Pro some
SP1 other 2) freezing a couple of times per day. What's worse, the
only way to recover control over the computer is to reboot it...
I tried all sort of remedies and patches to no avail so I deem the
problem is to look for on the Exc Server (5.5 SP4).

I turned on troubleshooting logging but it doesn't say anything
(neither does the event viewer). I setup a simple batch file to
continuously ping the Exchange Server to see if the problem is due to
some kind of communication error with th Exc Server but nothing like
that.

So my question is: is there a deeper logging procedure to find out
what is causing these freezes ??? Both on the client and server side
???
