recurring time entry template

Greetings:

Some of our support and server teams have recurring time
entries on projects - essentially the same entries week
after week in the standing projects we use to capture
support and maintenance time.

Is it possible to some how create a template or set up
recurring time entries to save them the time of entering
the same thing each week?

you can simple try the menu 'Insert-->Recurring Task'... That's it!

Do you know additional detail on where you would do this?
Can this be done in Task view in Project Web Access? Or is
this a setup in the Project file itself?

And, can you put in the reocurring actual hours?

It's the automation of the actual task hours that I am
looking to achieve.

I insert the recurring tasks in the Gantt Chart but it works in some other
views too.
You can not insert this kind of tasks in Project Web Access.

You can enter hours by typing in e.g. 2h in the duration field.
