How do I set a recurring meeting date (occurs the first and third Thursday of
each month)?

Hello Bill,

You'll need to insert two recurring tasks: one for the first Thursday
and another for the third Thursday. See Insert > Recurring Task in the
menu -- set the recurrence pattern to Monthly.
