Recycle Bin

My deleted files are bypassing the recycle bin, how do i set it up so that
they go to the recycle bin in the event I need to recover one?

This is an Operating system issue. Is the "Recycle bin" set up to store
deleted files? R-click Bin, Properties, adjust to suit taste. If this is
not the answer, please post your question in the area for your operating
system for prompt resolution.

Right Click the Recycle Bin select properties and uncheck the box " Do Not
move files to the Recycle Bin......."
