Recycle Bin

My recycle bin comes up blank when I click on it (double OR right click). I
KNOW there is stuff in there. How do I get it to work again??

If you open it and it's empty, how do you "know" there's stuff in there?

Right-click the Recycle Bin, properties, Global tab, do you have "Do not move
files to the Recycle Bin. Remove files immediately when detected" enabled" If
so, clear the check box.

If the check box is cleared, try this fix:
