red cell border

Hello,
This may be a silly question but out of the 100 pages I have so far created
there is one cell on one page that when the pointer moves over the edge it
highlights in red and not blue - what does this mean?
thanks,
Jacquie CC

It sounds like it's indicating a Visited link.
Clear your internet history and see what happens.

Also, can you post a link to the page??

Hi there,
my website is not up yet - I am constructing it - however I did copy text
from a word document then pasted it on the cell - I presume this is the
'link'?

thanks,
Jacquie

No, that wouldn't be it then.

Copy the text from word, paste into notepad and then copy from notepad into your cell.

Also fwiw, Word is a terrible way to create html pages. You should do your creating /
editing directly in FrontPage.

Word can be more convenient for editing text, but you should not use Word to
create any html.

Hi there, thanks for the info. I did eliminate the text and started from
scratch in the cell - it now has no red surrounding when the pointer is over
it - however I am not sure why I cannot copy and paste text (only) from word
- if I reformat the text in Frontpage is that not OK? I have lots of
translatinmg to put in and as I don't have the keyboard for akll the
different languages - copying amnd pasiting is my only solutiojn - do I
really have to copy it to Notepad then onto Frontpage? They are both Office
applications.

So does FrontPage.
