Red Text

One of the people in our work group has red text when they reply to an
OL2000 message. I'm not sure if this is a 2nd, or 3rd-level reply. If
another person gets a copy of the note, that text is red on their
machine too. However, the other people in our group never see red text.
The normal progression is black, blue, purple etc. - whatever the colors
are when the color selections are Automatic. I've been unable to find
any differences in settings between the machines for OL or Word. We use
Word as the editor and rich text format. What is the best method to
select text colors for several levels of replies?

Thanks,
Jim

Any chance the user has their messages set to expire? I believe that I read
somewhere that by using that, or by adding a custom header of "Reply-By:"
with a properly formatted date will cause all text to be red.

Thanks Craig. I browsed through the article and think it may help. I
appreciate the feedback and will check settings, and set up a rule on
the troublesome work machine tomorrow.
