Red X on e-mails recv'd w/ Outlook 2002 & 2003

Running Outlook 2002 and some e-mail I get has a Red X where a picture should
be. Same problem occurs on another computer I have running Outlook 2003. Is
the fix for this the same for both 2002 & 2003 ? If not, can you please
guide me for both programs. Many thanks.
