Red x when replying or forwarding in OWA

I can view messages perfectly. Open emails but when I try to reply or forward
the message field is greyed out and the red x is in the upper left corner of
the message field. This only occurs on a few computers. It happend with
Xchg2k and now with Xchg2k3. I'm sure it has to do with IE settings.
