Redemption.dll could not be installed or loaded

Error while opening the outlook,
The add-in"c:\Programe Files\upsideSMS
messenger\redeption.dll" could not be installed or
loaded.This problem may be resolved by using Detected and
repair on the helpmenu. You may be out of memory, out of
system resources, or misinga .dll file

Possibly a problem with the addin, try in OL removing the addin. If you need
it reinstall it and check supplier for an update
