Redistributable Files for Project 2003

I have written an add-in for Project 2003 and my installation includes the
following files:

es.dll
mso.dll
mso.txt
msprj.olb

I'm being asked to show that these files are redistributable, as they aren't
listed in the redist.txt for VB6. Can someone point me at the location where
I can see a list of redistributable files for Project to verify that these
files are there?
