Reduce mode

My Office 2003 is showing that it's activated but it is still running in
reduce mode. what I'am doing wrong?

No its not a trail I bought the Student and Teacher edition 2003. Loaded it
every think looks ok but its in reduce mode.

Reduced Functionality mode is when the applications will open and run
but you are unable to save or edit files.
