reduce photo attachment size for sending in an email

I would like to know if it is possible to be composing a new message and
attach multiple photos from different files and reduce the size of them. I
know that I can go into my pictures choose the photos I want to send (from
only one folder at a time) then choose email selected photos and it will ask
me if I want to reduce the files, but i want to be able to attach photos from
different folders and attach them into an email composed in Outlook. sorry
if this doesnt make sense. I hope someone can help. My friends are getting
mighty annoyed with the large files I keep sending.
