Reducing line spacing

Hi,

I am a newbie and have a query.

I am currently developing a database to record staff hours and absence
information and I am summarizing the info by department and sub-department.

In the report template I have done this. The number of rows between the
sub-departments in the report are quite large. Is there any way to reduce
this?

The number of lines should be equal to the number of records (details) in
that section.

Do you have grouping and sorting set up with a section header for
department, then a section header for sub-department, then one detail
section for the details?

You'd have to share some examples if this is not the case.

Hi Rick,

Just before you replied, I managed to work it out. It does require some
messing around before I got it how I think I may want it.
