Reducing the Size of power Point Files

Often times the files I am dealing with are UNUSUALY large given the content.
I have already shrunk all the pictures to as small as possible, bu I am
convinced there is hidden data that is making the file really big.

Does power point save a history, or revisions? If I accidentaly turned this
on, how do I remove? Is there hidden stuff in the slide master? I only have
text and formatting, but is there something I can't see that is drivign the
large file size?

you probably have "fast saves" turned on.

Or a large graphic image is hidden somewhere (try looking in all the masters)
