Reedit Excel Tabel in Word

I hav this slight issue about word.

when I create a excell tabel in word i can edit it but as
soon as I save it and reopen the word document I caint
edit the table any more.

I tryed the double click but it just gives me the message
that I would not hold the proper clearance.

How can that be I am the admin and I created the file
plus I didnt even save it as read only so anybody know
what to do???

Which version of Word?

What steps are you using to "save it"?

And how are you returning to the Word document after doing
so?
