[REF] Bad Persistence Reference

When replying to an email, this Fatal Error messages
appears [REF] Bad Persistence Reference. Does not occur
with all replies and there is no pattern that I can
detect. Click OK to error, close outlook, open again then
can reply no problem...

OS = WINNT 4SP6a
Out2K = 2000 SR-1

Any suggestion
