Refer to a subform from another form

I have a form with a subform. I press a button on this and it takes me to
another access form (a calculations form) ... from the calculations form I
put in some numbers and then press a update button that closes me out of the
calculations form and brings me back to my main form.
My problem is when I return to the main form I want to retrun to the last
record in the subform. However, I cannot use the current property to take me
to the last record as I only want to go to the last record when I close out
the calculator.
