Good afternoon,
I am trying to setup an account in outlook and once I completed the adding
of the account, I can not send and receive. It keeps asking for a password
and I am putting it in but it will not take it.
Then i receive an error that says "The referenced account is locked and may
not be logged on to. What can I do?
