I want to programmatically add a reference to the Office library to the
list of references on the current copy of Access that is running. I
don't understand GUID method and am unsure how to use AddByFile (what
and where is the file).
What I am doing is adding A new command to the menubar and the type of
object I need CommandBar is in the Office library.
