Referencing Cells in another workbook

How do you reference a worksheet and cell from another workbook. I have create 2 separate workbooks, and I need to be able to reference cells within workbook 1 from workbook 2.

How do you reference a worksheet and cell from another workbook. I have created 2 separate workbooks, and I need to be able to reference cells within workbook 1 from workbook 2.

I just figured it out... It appears it works exactly the same as it does for linking cells within the same workbook.
