reformatting files to word2003

All my word processing files are in "my documents" in Works7.0. Is there a
way to convert them all to Word2003 in a batch mode?

Use the batch conversion wizard in Word 2003. If not installed, re-run the
Word/Office setup from Windows control panel > add & remove programs and add
the additional wizards (and also the Works converter if that too is not
installed).
