Refresh All

I have a main form that opens when my database opens. Since I have linked
SharePoint tables to the database, I want to refresh all links when the
database opens. I thought I could do this as an "On Open" property of the
main form, but I don't know how to invoke a "Refresh All" command.

Help?!?!?!?!?
