Record a macro do do what you want, then put it in the Workbook Open module
so it will run as soon as the Workbook is opened.

Event, Change_Cell Events
Worksheet events provide a means of automatically triggering a macro when
something happens on the worksheet. (change, calculation, double-click,
right-click, selection change, worksheet become active or is deactivated, and
follow hyperlink).
