Is this in a pivot table? Is the sheet protected, or is the workbook shared?

I reviewed your website and would appreciate your response on a problem that
just creeped up in my pivot table worsheet. I select refresh data and the
table goes blank. I have refreshed this table a million times and no
problem, just happened today. Is this a virus or a worksheet malfunction -
there are about 5300 rows in the data worksheet.
Please advise.

Right-click on the pivot table and choose PivotTable Wizard.
Click the Back button, and check that the correct range is selected as
the source data.
