Refresh Datadabe model does not capture FK columns

I have captured an Oracle database using Visio 2007 and somehow the foreign
key columns in child tables and the FK relationships to the parent table have
disappeared.

I have deleted the parent table form the model and used the refresh function
and the parent table is captured, however the foreign key relationship and
columns in child tables have not. I receive no error messages, I there
anything else that I should be doing?
