I have had a problem with users with very large mailboxes. It takes a
long time for Outlook to sync their Outlook.ost file when the logon in
the morning. They get frustrated kill Outlook and try again which
causes an even longer delay while the Outlook.ost file is repaired.
Should the Outlook.ost files be recreated on a regular basis?
