Refresh Pivot Table

When I refresh my pivot table only existing depts are updated. New depts are
not added and old depts are not deleted. How do I fix this?

Hi Peo. I could see that being the reason why old depts are not deleted from
the drop down list, if indeed that was the problem, but given that the OP
has said new depts are not being listed, I'm guessing it sounds like new
data is being added and the range is not expanding to pick them up, in which
case I would think the Op might also want to look at:-
