Refresh problem within Excel 2002 (XP)

I seem to have a problem with one of my spreadsheets, it dont seem to
refresh when I scroll up/down. I dont think it is down to hardware as I have
3Ghz proccessor, 1Gb RAM and the spreadsheet size is only 1.3Mb.

Any ideas of what I can look at next?
