Refresh Table Links in code

I would like to avoid letting users choose the path. I would rather deliver
the path in code from a list with a for each statement. Maybe do a check if
path exists=true then refresh the link.

Realy all i need is a refresh table link method which I can't seem to find.

Does it exist?
