Refresh Update webpage

For weeks, everything has been running well. After we mark each updated
task request and click the Update button on the PWA Update webpage, we
update/save/close/exit Project Pro. We return to the PWA Update webpage with
the usual message box telling us that the update process has been performed.
When we clicked the OK button on this message box, the updated tasks were
cleared and the webpage displayed a message that no updated tasks were
pending review for approval or rejection.

Last week, we noticed that the Update webpage was not clearing the accepted
tasks after updating and saving/closing/exiting Project Pro and clicking the
usual message box. The message box disappears, but the Update webpage shows
that we need to save the Project Pro changes before the accepted tasks will
be cleared from the Update webpage. We tried using the IE refresh icon, but
to no avail.

We can clear the accepted tasks still showing by navigating to our Home
webpage and then back to the Update webpage.

What can cause the Update page not to clear accepted tasks?
