Refreshing after cancel changes

I have a form with multiple combo boxes and text fields. I
have a before update event that asks if it is okay to save
the changes, but what I would like to do is refresh the
form if the user selects cancel.

Would it be best to create a msgbox with Yes, No, Cancel
options? and assign the refresh to the No option?

Any ideas would be appreciated.
