refreshing Office 2003 beta

any idea how to do this? I had an issue with Outlook and
the response was 'this is a known bug' have you tried
refreshing the beta.

From any Office program, click the Help menu, then Check for Updates.

And IF for some reason that doesn't work, you can get to the "Beta 2
Technical Refresh" patch here: http://officebeta.microsoft.com/
