Refreshing QA/Test project server from Production project server

I have a question about refreshing a project server QA/Test environment from
Production.
I need to know if this will even work. We have 3 seperate domains, DEV, QA,
and Prod. They each have their own Active directory. If I refresh the
database from production to DEV or QA, the resources will not be synced up to
the project data because of the user GUIDS. Does anybody have any experience
in doing this in the Project Server environment? Are there any Documents or
blogs out there on this subject?

There is some documentation for setting up the sample database in Project
2003. It is similar in project 2007, but I don't think there is a sample
database in Project 2007.
