Refreshing Table of Contents

Is there a way that to refresh and existing TOC without creating a new one,
then deleting the old one? I'm trying to find a way for the TOC to update
itself automatically to reflect any new pages I have added to the section.

No, no refresh possible.

BTW: the sequence fir creating a new one is the other way around: first
delete the existing, then run the tool.
Otherwise the old one will be shown in the listing.
