Hi there,
I have got a very tricky situation here.
I have got a few files already set up to automatically refresh. They
are basically Pivot tables but some other have got queries.
However, just recently I tried to open one of these files but this time
rather than going through Windows Explorer as I normally, I went to the
File menu and clicked on open. I located my file and double clicked.
Surprise, surprise ... the automatic refreshing didn't work.
I closed the file and opened it through Explorer and the automatic
refreshing did work. Even funnier was the fact that I did open the file
from the list of recent documents in the "File" menu and the automatic
refreshing worked again.
Only when the file was opened via the "File" menu and then the "Open"
option the automatic refreshing didn't work.
Do you have any clue as to why this is happening?
Regards,
Romina
