Refusing task in PWA differs from others!?

Hi All,

If a Resource refuses a task and Team manager accepts this, nothing
will happen in Profi!
X
But when a Resource delegates his task to another Resource2, the field
Resource Names will change correctly.
This is valid for creating new tasks similar.


As for the first paragraph: Is its functionality correct? Is it so on
purpose?
OR What is wrong?
