Reg Bug and no assistent wizzard

Hallo NG,
I've a lot of trouble with my winXP Prof and using OfficeXP!
I'm using access and cannot use the assistants(wizzards) for
creating tables, formulars, and and and ..

So I looked on another PC with the same configuration. There
is no bug. Looking into the registry shows the problems

Only 1 MDE enty! No MDE entries (acwztool.mde for example)
in the Wizzard part, Add-Ins Part, and so on.

Deinstallation of Office and new installation do not fix the problems.

Who can help?
