reg 'Outlook', not 'Xprs'

I have set up a distribution list in Outlook (I typed
each entry, it is not in my contacts). I use road runner
and they have a limitation on the # of receiptients.
Which is where the rub is.

I have over 500 email address, and it grows incrementally
each month. I only send out 1 or 2 mass emails a month;
but when I do I get an error msg '452 4.5.3 too many
receipients'.

Road runner can't help. Is there a way of copying
sections of this distribution list, so create sub
groups? Or, do I need to retype all the addresses. My
finger cry for help?!

1) have you considered yahoogroups for your list?
2) if not, try a dynamic dl
http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/dl.htm#olcontacts
3) print it to a image document (office document writer if you use
2002/2003) and OCR it then import into contacts and create a dynamic dl.
