Regaining (Re-installing) Help files for MSAccess 2000

While using MSAccess 2000, access to the Help Files just disappeared.
If I click on Help I get a 'help' window, but it is blank.
No error. Just no help. It used to work fine.
Attempted a re-install, &etc. Nothing.
All the files are on the box, they just don't seem to be "attached" any
more.
All other Office products work just fine.

Have search MSDN and Web for info, but having trouble devising a query that
doesn't bring back a ton of irrelivant pages.

Office 2000 Premium, Upgraded to SP3 (and SR-1)
