If you double-click on a control, and go to the Advanced tab of it's Properties dialog box, there is a box for ScreenTip. That's what you are looking for.

Hi Greg,

I think, I try to add the screentip text as follows

Questions:
1. Where can I do this modification (manifest.xsf)?
2. How can I add this button?

I believe that you can add line breaks in a screentip, but you must manually modify the XSL file and add them yourself. I think I've done this before, but I don't have time at the moment to test it.
