region stuck on region 1

Since borrowing dvds off a friend my computer is now stuck on region 1 and it
won't let me play dvds. Which also puts my dvd burner out as well

This isn't an Office issue. I would suggest calling your computer
manufacturer's tech support. Then you should call your friend...

Perhaps you exceeded the hardware limit on how may times you can change your
DVD region selection. The hardware limit is not an Office problem.
